A Beautiful, Powerful, Air-Blowing Machine

This is a great pump that allows me to fill my road bike tyres with ease - usually between 105 and 110 PSI. The pump head goes in easily and the locking lever has a smooth yet definitive locking action. The handle is solid and comfortable, and the pumping action is precise, with no loss of air apparent. The dial and pressure needle are easy to see, and I use the marker to pump exactly my desired pressure.

Beyond function, this pump is aesthetically lovely to look at. I love how solid the damn thing is - this has two benefits. It never falls over, which is one of the most irritating things my prior plastic BTwin pump does; turn around, and the frickin thing has fallen over, making the most crappy, "Oh, I am broken now" sounds. The second: Imagine you're heading out for a ride at 6 AM, and someone decides to steal your bike at the same time. If you clock him on the head with the Joeblow, he's not going to be up until noon. If you try that with a plastic pump, all you'll have ... is a broken pump. This pump makes me feel safe, highly recommended!
