EMI stands for Equated Monthly Installment. If you select this payment option, then instead of paying the entire amount for your order at once, you would pay the amount in easy monthly installments.

In addition to enabling credit card EMI on the Checkout, you can also consider the other EMI methods provided either by our banking partners or third-party providers:

Debit Card EMI
Debit Card EMI is a payment method that allows your customers to avail EMIs using their debit cards. Unlike, credit cards neither do the customers need to pay any upfront amount nor have minimum balance in their bank accounts to start using the Debit card EMI option.

Cardless EMI
Cardless EMI is a payment method that allows your customers to convert their payment amount to EMIs, without the need of a debit or a credit card. The customer need not enter any card details while making the transaction. Later, the customer repays this amount as EMIs according to the terms laid out by the cardless EMI provider.

No Cost EMI
In No Cost EMI offer, the total interest charged by the issuing bank or the provider is offered as a discount to your customer upfront. The customers continue to enjoy the benefits of EMI and pay the monthly installments according to the conditions agreed with the issuing bank or provider.

HOW TO AVAIL EMI ON CYCLOP

Step 1: Choose a product, Select the color, size and quantity. Click "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" button.

Step 2: If you've selected "Add to Cart" then, open up your Cart and Click on the "Check Out" button.

Step 3: Enter the required information, then click "Continue to Shipping". If you have any "Gift Card" or "Discount Code" you can enter that code and click apply to avail it.

Step 4: Select your shipping method and proceed to payment page by clicking "Continue to Payment".

Step 5: Now, to avail EMI, select "Razorpay (Cards, Netbanking, Wallets and UPI)" option and then click "Complete Order". 

You'll be redirected to our Payment Gateway provider Razorpay's page.

Step 6: Select "EMI via Credit and Debit Cards" option.

Step 7: If you're new user, a OTP will be dispatched from Razorpay to verify your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Verify.

If you've already purchased with us and saved the card details means, you can select "Skip Saved Cards" and proceed to next step.

Step 8: Enter your Card Details and then Click "View EMI Plans" to see all the plans for your card.
You can also view EMI plans for other cards as well. To do that click "View All EMI Plans".

Step 9: Finally, select the required EMI plan and proceed to complete the payment.

When the customers complete the payment on the Checkout, the entire transaction amount is authorized by the customer's issuing bank and converted into EMIs within 3-4 days, depending on the payment terms agreed with the credit card provider.

EMI TENURE

EMI TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Issuer bank’s credit card holder, at the time of making payment for products purchased from merchant, through services of our Payment Processor(s) may opt for cards EMI based purchase.
  • At the time of transaction, issuer banks’ credit card holders’ card are charged in full amount by the acquiring bank of our Payment Processor(s)
  • The merchant shall endeavour to deliver the product/service only after receiving a confirmation from the customer that said transaction has been converted into EMI
  • Our Payment Processor(s) shall send details of the settled transactions for conversion to EMI along with its complete details, not later than 2 business days from the date of transaction to card issuing bank.
  • The transactions shall be converted to EMI transactions in offline mode
  • The issuer bank shall endeavour to convert all transactions approved by them to EMI within 5 business days.
  • An EMI calculator needs to be available on the website before the payment page to explain the EMI calculation to the end customer and assist the customer in taking an informed decision
  • The issuing bank may modify the terms of the EMI offering at any time. Further, the issuing bank may at its sole discretion chose to reject or change EMI tenure (basis customer history, amount of transaction) or withdraw EMI scheme completely.
  • Our Payment Processor(s) shall not be responsible to the merchant of the issuer banks credit cardholder for any disputes arising due to non-conversion of a transaction to EMI or informing the merchant about EMI rejection. The customer will have to inquire about the status of their EMI request from their issuing bank.
