The Shimano Tiagra ST-4700 shift/brake levers (2x10) convince with smooth and yet crisp shifts. Compared to their predecessors, they have been designed to be more ergonomic and offer a comfortable feeling of leverage, which is further enhanced by the slim lever. With the internal cable routing they contribute to a tidy cockpit. Optislick cables and OT-SP41 cable housings are included.

STI Dual Control (DCL)
DCL stands for Dual Control Lever. It has brake and shifting functions in the system and enables easy operation. Ergonomic innovation is probably more critical to the higher standard performance than the added gearing. The shift internals borrow the robustness from Shimano's MTB technology and are so smooth and effortless that one finger shifts front and rear are possible.
