Jammed and Not Freely turning when arrived

As a result of the jammed pedal bearings, It stripped the crank threads. I needed to adjust the lock nut inside both the pedals and re-grease them in-order to free them up. I ended up changing left side crank due to stripped threads as a result of jammed pedal.
