The foreword has been written by Victor Campenaerts. Victor, a 27-year-old Belgian pro cyclist. He was the Belgian and European Under-23 road time trial champion in 2013. On 16 April 2019, Victor broke the hour record (longest distance cycled in one hour), riding 55.089 km, becoming the current fastest man in the world.
