This is the SRAM (Avid) Centerline Rotor for disc brakes. The new Centerline Rotor was designed to keep the center of friction consistent throughout rotation thereby minimizing vibration offering consistent performance and a quiet ride.  The Centerline uses a traditional 6 bolt pattern and isn't compatible with center-lock format wheels.

awesome product

I was looking for the 180 mm version but could not get it any where so at last purchased the 170 mm only. It does not make a hell lot of difference but you get the trust of the SRAM. I am happy with performance i am getting and have it using it as the front rotor for the last 2 months straight and no complains at all. I will suggest you all to try it once and have the feel of it.
