My current bicycle did not come with a downtube mount and I did a lot of to and fro between this and the Topeak Versacage. Finally decided to go for the Ibera because a bottle mount is far more versatile (can take a water bottle, tool bottle and even a small drybag). Works flawlessly and a top tip, cover your frame in electrical tape for a solid grip.

Though I would request the cyclop team to send a large order in one package as opposed to multiple small packages to be more environment friendly and makes it easier for the receiver to track an order.
If you want to add bottle cage mounts on you cycle this is solution. I think we can add this on Motorcycles also on leg guards for bottles for touring.
