On a casual Sunday group ride or some other similar rides, it is normal to take few photos out from the asphalt roads and is also great fun to enjoy some great food at a local restaurant. However, with the normal cleats without a cover, the cleats itself gets damaged from abrasions and when in a restaurant with smooth floors, there are high chances to slip and perhaps fall if you are not mindful. However, with the Shimano SM - SH45 SPD - SL Cleat Cover you can avoid these two problems and you feel you have more grip to walk under your shoes. It is easy to clip on and remove as well. Great product!
