The front velcro cannot and should not be wrapped around the headset (marked as 2 in the attached image), since for most cycles, the headset rotates along with the change in direction of the handlebar. Also see (marked as 1) the headset screw will brush against the bag each time one changes direction, which can also cause some unwanted resistance. The only viable way to install this bag on the top tube, is to keep a 3-5 mm gap between the bag and the headset screw, so the headset screw does not brush against the bag and all three bottom loops on the bag can be used to keep the bag fastened on the top tube. Not absolutely sturdy; however one has to improvise.

Excellent quality and fits an aero bike well without any bulk . Also does not look out of place . Zipper is functional and article is water resistant though not tested in rain . Only issue is that the opening is a very tight fit and getting stuff in and out is a chore p

It is solidly built in a negative sense (overbuilt), very tedious to get your stuff in and out.. near impossible at times. Velcro straps included are basic cable ties.. pain in the ###. Should have atleast given functional straps.
