The gloves themselves are of good quality, and the size is perfect if you follow the sizing guide. However, the color I received is completely wrong. I ordered red, but what I got was a bright fuchsia instead. To make matters worse, when I tried to return them, I was told they aren’t returnable.
So, be extremely cautious when ordering — you might not get what you expect, and good luck if you need to return it. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t stand by its products or its customers.

Ticket tracking ID: W48-1TW-6DWA on Nov. 08, 2024 and promised to reply within 24 hrs but no reply has yet been given even after my reminder with no reply. Under such bad situation, what should a customer do ? There is only 2 option : to purchase new device or to purchase new battery pack, that is not addressed by the supplier.
Looking at these condition , I can rate only very poor response from the supplier.

I ordered items that I had to return and until now 1 month later no acknowledgment of my return or any status of my exchange inspite of continuously following up by email because there is no contact number available to speak to customer services.
