Get scuffed up pretty easily, but very light & soft plastic. Not thermal bottles. Just light n functional. Bought them and happy!

Hello! I ordered the Elite Fly 550 thinking this was going to be a great purchase. Unfortunately one of the bottles arrived with a huge bend in its side (as if someone had pressed and held it super hard for a good long while). I thought maybe it would get better after it’s filled with water, but it didn’t. In fact, when squeezed, it only bends in this specific deformation, trapping water in the bottle even though it should all come out.
Update: Got an email from Cyclop saying they resolved the issue. But they haven’t done a thing. I guess they just don’t want a bad review being left unresolved (at least in public)
