Q: Easily Moved bike to bike?
Yes. One of the included mounts uses elastic bands for mounting on stem or handlebar which can be easily removed and reinstalled on another bike. Or get additional mounts for other bikes, at which point it is a simple twist-lock to remove/reattach the computer.
Q: When this is connected to your phone, can you play music through it?
No, there are no speakers on the device except for an audible beep when you press buttons.
Q: Does it display distance in miles?
Yes it displays distance in miles in real time plus a number of other metrics. I love this device.

Edge 520 Plus is preloaded with the Garmin Cycle Map and includes turn-by-turn navigation and navigation alerts that notify you of upcoming sharp turns. And, of course, it’s smart enough to guide you back to the route — or back to start — if you deviate from it or decide to head home early.
Messages From Rider to Rider
There’s no need to reach for the phone or worry about your fellow riders when they pull ahead or fall behind. Rider-to-rider messaging (with a compatible smartphone) lets you send prewritten notes from your Edge 520 Plus bike computer to theirs. Let your friends know if you’ll catch up in a few minutes or if they should go on without you. If you have a flat tire or need assistance, you can send a message to your fellow riders who are paired with GroupTrack — so they can find you.
Advanced Performance Monitoring
Edge 520 Plus is compatible with ANT+ technology sensors, including speed, cadence and heart rate. For even more performance data, 520 Plus is also compatible with ANT+ power meters, including Vector 3 (sold separately). Our unique pedal-based power meter measures total power, left/right balance and cadence. You can even record cycling dynamics to get a better look at your form, including where your power is being applied on the pedal and throughout the pedal stroke.

Garmin Edge 520 Plus GPS Cycle Computer
This is a super reliable device for tracking and monitoring important information while riding. I have used it for a 200km, 400km and a 600km BRM rides and I did not face any trouble with the data it recorded. The best part being it can be charged using a power-bank while it’s mounted. I am happy. :D
Did a lot of research into cheaper alternatives before buying this (price at the time of purchase was 17,999). Works as expected, and has some pretty cool training/analytics features via the Garmin Connect app. Would have bought the HRM too, but found that it’s easier/more cost effective to import/combine sensor data from my other wearables with the Garmin file (GPX + GOTOES) before uploading to Strava for a more comprehensive dashboard. Later bought the cadence/speed sensors for more accurate monitoring, and am happy with this computer.
I recently bought this product and I am extremely satisfied.
Amazing for cycling athletes who want to improve their training and for athlethes who do interval training. It is possible to load the workouts before the workout which I use a lot for my interval sessions. Overall an amazing purchase. Go for it without giving a second thought if you are seriously into this sport.
I recently bought this product and I am extremely satisfied. If you do not go on mountain trails or are not interested with the mountain biking features then this is the cyclocomputer to go for over the 530 which is the latest. The Map calculations are slower than 530 but is completely manageable.
